KOZ Events

KOZ Events is one of the most well known Event Companies I get the pleasure to work with throughout the year. Founded by Rick Kozlowski, they have created or helped create some of the best staple races in the area.

KOZ is a full-service special events company providing race management in San Diego County. They specialize in multi-sport events including, but not limited to: triathlon, duathlon, aquabike, run, walk, and cycling. In addition, they provide operational, logistical and event setup/breakdown assistance for numerous other events. KOZ is now owned by Tobias and Carrie Panek, and they have one of my favorite people and friend, Sarah Thornton as their Events Manager.

If you have run, walked, biked in a race in San Diego, there is a very good chance it was a KOZ Events race and it was coordinated by all of those fine people above.
